Every Rodix vibratory feeder control is designed and manufactured to assure the highest standards of quality and performance, and is guaranteed with service unequaled. All of our vibratory feeder controllers are designed, manufactured, fully tested, and shipped by the Rodix team from our factory in Rockford, IL.

Each Feeder Cube® series contains available options for both 120 and 240 VAC applications, while the FC-40 Plus series also contains models for both 480 and 575 VAC applications.

Standard models are typically kept in stock, or have a standard lead time of 3 to 5 business days.

In addition to the standard Single Feeder Cubes, each Series also contains options Dual, Triple, and Quad controller combinations offered in a single enclosure package.

Standard controls are offered in General Purpose (Nema 1) packaging, while both Oil Resistant (Nema 12) and Open Frame packaging options are also available.

We also offer controller models with our AB Series (Air Blow) controller installed along with the vibratory feeder controller, adding air assist / part blow off functionality to your feed system using 12VDC and 24VDC air valves.

Our FC Series of controllers also offer optional models with DC output to power a brushed DC motor.

VF Series of Vibratory Feeder Controls

Rodix_VF Family

The VF Series is our most versatile vibratory feeder controller. Leveraging frequency inversion and our AUTO TUNE® technology, VF controllers enable adaptive frequency tuning to match the natural resonant frequency of your feeder, 5 to 180 Hz. The all-digital VF Feeder Cube® can be used either manually or with a Rodix CFR vibration sensor. The CFR vibration sensor provides both frequency and amplitude feedback from the feeder allowing for constant feed rate through varying load conditions. This not only maximizes power efficiency but can also extend the life of the feeder, ultimately saving maintenance and energy costs over time. VF models are available with output power ranging from 3 to 18 Amps at 120VAC (2 to 12 Amps at 240 VAC). Standard VF models are UL/cUL certified. CE mark options are available.

FC-200 Series of Vibratory Feeder Controls

Rodix_FC-200 Family

The FC-200 Series is our standard digital, fixed-frequency, sensor-ready, UL/cUL certified vibratory feeder controller. Designed for continuous operation, these controllers can be demand-cycled by a PLC or an external 12 VDC optical parts sensor. The FC-200 Feeder Cube® is able to maintain a constant feed rate when using a Rodix CFR vibration sensor installed on your feeder. All settings can be adjusted via a user-friendly software menu with English, Spanish, French, and German language options available. Standard FC-200 controllers are UL/cUL certified. CE mark options are available.

VFC Series of Vibratory Feeder Controls

The VFC Series combines both VF and FC-200 controllers into a single Feeder Cube® package. It is ideal for applications where a hopper/bowl/inline system requires a VF controller on the feeder bowl, and the inline and storage hopper require an FC-200 fixed frequency controller. The VFC series include a variety of VF & FC-200 combinations, for both 120 or 240 VAC applications, to meet your specific system requirement.

FC-90 Plus Series of Vibratory Feeder Controls

Rodix_FC-90 Family

The FC-90 Plus and CFR-90 Plus Series are our analog, parts sensing, fixed-frequency, UL/cUL certified Rodix vibratory feeder controller. The FC-90 Plus Feeder Cube® is engineered for continuous operation, capable of being demand-cycled by a PLC or an external 12 VDC optical parts sensor. Integrating a Rodix CFR vibration sensor on the feeder ensures a constant feed rate through varying loads. All CFR-90 Plus models include an FC-90 Plus controller with a Rodix CFR sensor installed & included with purchase. Standard FC-90 Plus controllers are UL/cUL certified. CE Mark options are available.

FC-40 Plus Series of Vibratory Feeder Controls

The FC-40 Plus Series is our analog, fixed-frequency, UL/cUL certified Rodix vibratory feeder controller. These controllers are engineered for continuous operation, capable of being demand-cycled by a PLC. Standard FC-40 Plus products are UL/cUL certified. CE Mark options are available. Input/output voltage options are available for 120, 240, 480, and 575 VAC applications.

FC-70 Plus Series of Vibratory Feeder Controls

Rodix_FC-70 Family

Rodix FC-70 Plus Series Controls are analog vibratory feeder controllers primarily used for small, low-power vibratory feeders. As an entry-level controller, it can be demand-cycled by a PLC machine control or parts sensor with built-in power supply and time delays. This series is not UL/cUL listed and is a cost-effective solution.
