Should you have a problem installing or operating your Rodix vibratory feeder controller, please call the factory at (800) 562-1868 Ext. 322. We have technical help available to answer your questions and provide to you with the information you require. Many issues can be resolved with a simple phone call or email to custserve@rodix.com. Many components can be purchased for replacement in the field. A list of all field replaceable items can also be found online in the Spare Parts tab under each product’s homepage.
If you need to return a vibratory feeder control for IN or OUT of Warranty Service, please ship it prepaid to the address below. Please include a brief description of the issue you are experiencing as well as a contact name and phone number with the shipment. We will evaluate the control and advise you of the repair estimate prior to performing the repair. An RMA number is not required for shipping repairs, but can be provided upon request.

Returns for Credit
Should you need to request a return for your vibratory feeder controller or other Rodix product, please send a notification to custserve@rodix.com prior to shipment, or contact your sales person directly on the order notification email trail you have for the items being returned.
All returns of Rodix Vibratory Feeder Controls are subject to a 15% restocking fee pending inspection once received. Additional charges may apply if the control has been modified in any way from its original condition. This offer to accept returns for credit is limited only to currently produced models of Feeder Cubes.
All returns of Rodix Vibratory Drive Bases, Inline Feeders, and all spare parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee pending inspection once received. Additional charges may apply if the item has been modified in any way from its original condition.
Please send a notification to custserve@rodix.com prior to shipment, or contact your sales person directly on the order notification email trail for the items being returned.
Ship these returns prepaid to the address below. Include in the return shipment a list of the items being returned, billing contact name, phone number and email, as well as a copy of the original PO and/or order information so that the return can be processed against the original order.
